Prices, shipping, payment methods

Prices

• All prices are stated including VAT. Disposal fee and shipping costs are stated separately.
• Companies from abroad such as Belgium can order by IC delivery. Place the order but do not pay yet, mention "IC delivery" and your VAT number in comments. We check this VAT number (mandatory) and then send you an adjusted order with the correct amount.

Delivery time

• Stock is shown with each product
• Up to 31 kg: Next business day (not on Monday) DHL, PostNL, GLS
• > 31 kg: 2 to 5 working days . We use our own transport or a special carrier specialized in fragile heavy goods.
• Installations etc.: 1 to 3 weeks
• We deliver your order in parcel form to the 1st door/stairs. For heavy parcels, your help may be requested to unload the freight piece.

Return equivalent device

• Where disposal fee applies, dismantled at the front door, and specify when ordering!

To take off

• Mon-Fri 10:00~17:00 after placing an order.

Postage costs

• The contribution to the shipping costs depends on the type of article and its weight and is shown directly with the article.
• Free shipping from €50,- (for the Netherlands)
• For Belgium there is a surcharge of €10 per shipment
• Wadden Islands only packages up to 31kg

Extra heavy, large, or installation; Please note; for some items with special installation or excessive weight, additional shipping and installation costs may be charged. This applies to the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), other countries on request.

Payment options

• Cash and PIN upon collection
• Cash on delivery: surcharge +15.00, order amount between €100 and €2500
• Ideal
• Credit cards: Almost all cards, including foreign credit cards, these appear when checking out.
• Bank transfer / Advance / Iban-Bic

How does iDEAL work?
You place an order with us. When paying for the order, you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL. Then click on the iDEAL payment button and select your bank. You will then be redirected to your own bank where the payment order is ready for you. Your bank will ask you to fill in some information and you authorize the payment. The amount is immediately debited from your payment account and we are informed that the order has been paid.

Of iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. You pay in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register for it.
