Distance Selling Act
Since 1 February 2001, the law "distance buying" has been in force. This law has given consumers (non-business) a stronger legal position, also when it comes to buying via the internet. According to the law, distance buying occurs when the consumer and seller have not seen each other during the purchase.
Reflection period / cooling-off period / inspection period
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons for at least 14 days. This period commences on the day after receipt of the product by or on behalf of the consumer.
2. During this period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.
Procedure
Please report your return request by email to service@strayshop.com ovv your order number. We will then email you a return form. This must be used for the product to be returned.
Return postage are entirely for the account of the customer. If the customer has complied with the previous conditions, the credit will be carried out by StrayShop within 7 days.
What is allowed and what is not
Some items may only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
Think of prepaid packages for mobile phones, CDs, DVDs, software, books, erotic articles, drugstore items and mattresses.
Specially made or specially ordered products, OP=OP offers, products with installation and/or other services are not covered by the cooling-off period and cannot be returned.
