What is a tilt plate and what are the benefits of using a tilt plate:

The principle of the tilting technology, or oscillation (oscillation is the generation of periodic vibrations) involves: the rapid contraction of the muscles. This is produced by the accelerated movements of the pedals/platforms of the tilting plate. This technology is a great innovation because the amplitude (excursion) of the movement is 10-15 mm. (with 'normal' vibration plates only 2-4 mm)
